Mudchutney came into existence so that we could offer a merchandise service to musicians and bands with zero risk for them. They don't need to worry about having to pay out hundreds or thousands of pounds for boxes of stock, and then end their tours wondering how much money they'll lose from all the odd sized and weird coloured clothes they failed to sell.
So you're helping musicians by buying their clothes - great eh!
But... because everything we sell is printed as and when you order it this means we can't just "swap" something for a different size.
If you return something because it's the wrong size, or you just don't want it any more, we're not able to resell it and will probably end up donating it to a charity shop and losing money as a result.
So please bear this in mind before you order. We're not Amazon or Argos, we can't just easily absorb the loss or put it back on the shelf.
We pride ourselves on producing very high quality printed clothing. However if you feel that what you ordered is below par quality then we will absolutely replace it for you, or refund your money.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, we will process your refund and the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement (sorry, that's out of our hands).
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
